What is the difference between the two paddles?
The PRO paddle has a surface that is made of raw carbon fiber while the PERFORMANCE paddle has a regular carbon fiber surface. The raw carbon fiber has a rougher feel which increases the spin and power on the ball. It is more expensive to produce which is why the paddle costs more. Both are great options but we recommend the PRO paddle to more serious players.
SHIPPING: Where does it come from and how long does it take?
We ship all our paddles out from our headquarters in Guelph, Ontario.
Orders within Canada: 2-5 days
Orders within USA: 4-8 days
All orders are shipped out within 1 day of the order being placed.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window on our paddles. You can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving It from the delivery date shown on the tracking number. If it is after the 14 days, you cannot return the paddle.
The paddle must be in UNUSED condition. This means the paddle cannot be used in play, the grip seal must be intact & If there are scuffs on the paddle, we will return it back to you voiding the return process
Warranty: Is there warranty on the paddles?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months or 90 days. If your paddle breaks due to such a defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
However, please note that we are not liable for damages resulting from regular use or play, including normal wear and tear.
